First off I did my due diligencebefore bought this kit it was best review n most sold fastest to me but no knock sensor seals but vally seal can't do one w.o other and valve cover seals are 2" shy stretching probly gonna break but I I have to have my truck and manufacture web site is a cool loop u click a link goes to a page then next link back to first page no.matter what no phones number so don't waste ur time ir money then if u take 3 days over 30 to install bc u didntnget time to then Amazon says fly kite so take this as u will here's my experience w this oh I'm a seasoned technician u just can't plan for planing to plan for junk all the way around got to rely on something

Valve cover gaskets are not molded and won’t stay on the valve cover. Intake manifold gaskets also didn’t grab to the manifold very well. Made them work though.

I was happy with the shipping and the packaging. Everything that is shown in the pictures arrived on time and in good condition. The smaller pieces, rubber o-rings, EGR gaskets, etc. all fit well and were of a good quality. The manifold gaskets were a different story altogether. In my vehicle the intake manifold gaskets snap in place on the bottom of the manifold. These gaskets are the main reason for this purchase. Neither side snapped In properly. I had to use them anyway because I was on a time crunch to finish my knock sensor replacement and get back on the road. My original intake manifold gaskets were absolutely shot after having put in over 400k miles. So with some effort I was able to line these gaskets up and get them properly installed. I give two stars because every other gasket and O-ring I needed to replace was included and worked perfectly, so that earned an extra star. Since the main reason for purchasing the kit was so poorly fitted the kit lost three stars. I will have to pull my intake manifold again in the future. When I do I will go with a trusted brand like Fel Pro.2000 Chevy Tahoe LS 5.3 V8 4x4
