One of the sensors was totally dysfunctional and the rest Did not work adequately.
I didn’t look at reviews until after I purchased and put this product on my truck I’m sure it’s a great product if used on the right engine the 5.3l needs to be removed from there list stating it’s compatible I didn’t get 5 miles after changing them I was puffing black smoke truck wouldn’t run so I looked at reviews and it seems most negative is from people who have the 5.3l Chevy engines the company claims the product is compatible but it’s obviously not however if they do fit you car it would be a great buy but as for the 5.3l Chevy myself and plenty of others have discovered it just does t work I had to go to the part store and pay $243 for the 4 replacement ones so I’d say sensors are a great buy just not for 5.3l Chevy
I replace all four of my o2 sensors with these. I made it about halfway down the block when the truck started stumbling and surging at all throttle positions. It ran horribly and I had to limp it home. These were far, far worse than the GM Denso O2 sensors that were replaced at 180k miles. I went back to the Denso brand and all of the issues resolved themselves. The truck runs great. These are a good example of "you get what you pay for". I returned them and they refunded my money so that is what gets them 1 star.
